Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

For your convenience we have presented an overview of the registration process and the forms involved.

The annual fee per family is $60.00 for one child, $90.00 for two or more children. 

The registration form is a two-sided form and requires your signature on both sides.  Should you decide to print out the form from this screen, don't forget to submit both sides to the office!  Please click here for two page registration form.
