Eucharistic Ministers distribute the body and blood of Christ to the community gathered at worship. Communion is the sign of the intention of the assembly members to be united with each other and with God. Currently, O.L.P.H. has 111 trained Eucharistic Ministers.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTRY TRAINING—In summer, we always have a number of Eucharistic Ministers who are away for vacations. This leaves us with a tremendous need for new ministers at most of our Masses throughout the summer months.
