Make The Donation

Contribute up to $1,000 (married couples) or $500 (single) to CTODP designating Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Scottsdale, (School Code 124) by December 31, 2008.

Take The Credit

Receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit from your Arizona State Income Tax. Your contribution goes to OLPH - CTODP instead of the State of Arizona. Write-off the charitable contribution on your Federal Income Tax.
