Parents Responses to:
Strengths of OLPH School

“Fosters a love for the Catholic faith.  Involves the entire family of the students in faith based activities including families in sacraments and all school masses.  OLPH has parents that are committed to being involved in the kids’ education and faith development.  Communication between the school staff and the parents has greatly improved over the last 2 years.”

“I believe OLPH’s strengths consist of the caring community of families and the fostering of spiritual growth.  OLPH provides many opportunities for families to be involved in various school activities.  In addition, the parents are very active in reaching out to the needs of others in the community.  Spiritual growth is fostered beginning in kindergarten with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, continuing with the preparation for sacraments, then finally ending with Come Lord Jesus in Junior High.  Throughout the years at OLPH, students have many opportunities to participate in school Masses, prayer services, the Living Rosary, and Stations of the Cross.”

“I believe OLPH provides a good learning environment.  My children are happy attending the school, have many friends, like the teachers, and enjoy the overall atmosphere.  All of which are conducive to them doing well in the school studies.”
